Watercolor Workshop: Travel Journaling

mobilePaintVert

Join me for a morning of creative discovery as we paint en plein air on the lawn of The Wayback as part of our Spring Watercolor Workshop Series!

In this Travel Journaling workshop, we'll be learning how to easily and beautifully capture memories from all your adventures! Taking inspiration from our Hill Country surroundings, we'll be practicing different drawing methods and ways to capture the essence of a place through watercolor. Plus we'll have some instant film photos and collage fun!

As part of this workshop you'll be working in and receiving a pocket-sized, watercolor travel journal & travel watercolor brush to take with you on the go!

While it's not necessary, if you'd like to document one of your own previous trips, feel free to bring a few mementos (small photos, ticket stubs, etc.). Otherwise, we’ll be documenting our day out at The Wayback & I’ll have all the supplies you’ll need!

You'll also have access to The Wayback Café's delicious menu throughout our class. I always recommend staying for their farm to table brunch afterwards to really get the full experience!
