Gather around the table as we bridge the gap between online and offline, discover opportunities to collaborate with each other, and perhaps most importantly, connect with ourselves.

Palak Dave (@embiria) is the Founder and CEO of Embiria, a lifestyle brand which inspires people to make every day an experience through gatherings, stories and spaces. She has held 250+ workshops and events in wellness, creativity and food, and partnered with dozens of incredible brands such as Nespresso, Bumble and Google to curate influencer/media events and public workshops. Prior to Embiria, Palak spent 10 years in a corporate marketing career at companies including Indigo and the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). She is also a writer (book launch coming soon!), an Airbnb and Peerspace host, investor and community builder. Palak’s passions include hosting and bringing people together IRL (especially over a delicious meal), exploring the world, and discovering ways to live well. She spends her time between Toronto and Austin.

Xanthe Appleyard (@ohsierracreative) is a content strategy coach and passionate community builder, based in Los Angeles. As the co-founder of Oh Sierra, alongside her husband Frank, Xanthe helps creative leaders harness the potent power of community through content strategy + education, collaborative events, and creative spaces. While Xanthe spends most of her time supporting creatives with sustainable strategies for leading their communities online, she's even more obsessed with cultivating presence and purpose offline. She believes that the most engaging content happens off screen, and that committing to online growth doesn't mean committing to an online life. Her unique approach to content marketing is rooted in leveraging social media as a tool for cultivating relationships, understanding that the way we interact with the world outside of our phones actually informs the quality (and longevity) with which we can show up to our platforms, for our people.

Shannan Scott (@shannanscott) is a Marketing Strategist and Educator based in Los Angeles, CA. She started her career as a Planner and Hospitality Buyer in the meetings & events industry and eventually transferred her skillset to supporting the growth of small businesses. Today she helps conscious brands create meaningful and memorable marketing activations, hosted events, and customer experiences that foster deeper relationships, greater loyalty, and turn brand awareness into brand affinity.
