Palak Dave (@embiria) is the Founder and CEO of Embiria, a lifestyle brand which inspires people to make every day an experience through gatherings, places and spaces. She has held 250+ workshops and events in wellness, creativity and food, and partnered with dozens of incredible brands such as Nespresso, Bumble and Google to curate influencer/media events and public workshops. Prior to Embiria, Palak spent 10 years in a corporate marketing career at companies including Indigo and the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). She is also a writer (book launch coming soon!), an Airbnb and Peerspace host, investor and community builder.

Palak’s passions include hosting and bringing people together IRL (especially over a delicious meal), exploring the world, and discovering ways to live well.

Lauren McPhillips (@thisrenegadelove) is a multi-hyphenate brand strategist and founder of This Renegade Love, an online platform that serves up honest, purpose-driven content inspiring people to live life on their own terms. A perennial pivoter who is forever curious and #alwayslearning, Lauren worked in magazine editorial, social media management, brand partnerships and travel PR before launching This Renegade Love in 2015. Since then, she has partnered on content with brands like Google, Indigo, Air Transat and Wealthsimple, launched The Renegade Sessions workshops for women in business, and wrote a TEDxTalk on 'The Power of Personal Storytelling', highlighting the ways in which we can use our voices and stories to bring people together and impact change. Lauren currently lives in Prince Edward County with her husband and scruffy rescue dog Keith Furban, overseeing social media and marketing for Wander the Resort and offering Brand & Content Strategy services for small businesses and influencers through This Renegade Love.

Jordana Hart (@ihartnutrition) is an award-winning Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and the woman behind I HART NUTRITION INC. which is a brand, blog, Instagram account (with 150K followers!) and private nutrition practice. The IHART approach is all about attainable wellness, with an emphasis on balance and moderation. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Jordana began her journey at the University of Western Ontario in London, and completed an Honours Double Major. Upon returning to Toronto, she decided to pursue her passion for health & nutrition, and studied at The Institute of Holistic Nutrition where she became a Certified Nutritional Practitioner. Jordana’s been practicing as a nutritionist for over 8 years, and loves helping individuals create healthy relationships with food and the body. She is devoted to her clients and IG community, where she shares her daily approach to health and wellness, food, lifestyle, and everything in between!

Monika Mann (@mmanncandles) is the Founder of MMANN Candles, a company that has developed a loyal following for their hand-poured, 100% natural, off beat candles. candle maker driven to make you and your space feel good! Monika has been obsessed with home decor and creating ambiance wherever she goes and she started making candles for herself during the pandemic as a way to aid her crippling stress and anxiety. The candles are 100% natural just like all of us, they reflect back our humanness in a beautiful + authentic way. Perfectly imperfect ~ made with love and authenticity. Monika always knew she wanted to create something for herself, so she took her dream and worked extremely hard to make it a reality.

Saira Lakhani (@touchmassagebar) is the Founder & CEO  of Touch Massage Bar. Saira started her career in finance and marketing in the F&B industry. She opened Touch in 2020 after being inspired from her travels throughout Southeast Asia, where massages are accessible, affordable and such a great experience after a long day of shopping or while catching up with friends. Touch was created to provide a break from the bustle of the city, and revisits the concept for quiet, zen spas in the form of a cozy and welcoming space where you can grab a latte or a glass of wine while getting your hands and feet professionally massaged! 

Catherine Tang (@sayathelabel) is the founder of Saya the Label, a women’s athleisurewear brand based out of Toronto, Canada. Inspired by the modern, on-the-go woman, their pieces are designed to be effortlessly incorporated into your everyday wardrobe and to withstand trends.
